Southern Love Metaphors

I was talking to one of my good buddies JD (a native born Texan) over supper tonight and I came up with a "Southern Love Metaphor". We thought that there should be certain metaphors that would ring true to southern people more than any other run-of-the-mill love cliché. This particular one came up when JD's wife Traci was making sweet tea. Ruth understood it just fine (even though she is from Minnesota) and seemed to appreciate it when I said it to her. Wooing, of course, doesn't stop after you're married...

"I don't think that there is enough sugar in this world that you can make that sweet tea sweeter than my wife."

Can you think of any more?
