Better Boy & Beautiful Day

We took tons of pictures today, because it was the most beautiful day of the year so far, and because we were SO happy that John (who has been sick with pneumonia) is feeling much better! To celebrate John's feeling better and the beautiful weather, we went out and took the obligatory "Texas bluebonnet pictures" at Joe Pool Lake.

After that photo session, John greatly enjoyed a windows-open car ride (he did have clothes on before, but then they got dirty...)

And then we ended the evening with a very nice "picnic" on our front porch.

It was such a nice day together as a family, and we are thankful to the Lord for His healing in John's body. It's so wonderful to have our little boy feeling healthy and energetic and smiley again!
