Priority (re)adjustment

In "Christendom" there are many voices that say that Christians should direct their attention to many causes...from social issues, political issues, to justice issues, to environmental issues, etc. Although many of those deserve some considerable effort and consideration...they should never supplant the importance of simply sharing and communicating the gospel to people. Because at the end of the day if all of those problems were wisked away in a moment, and the gospel were neglected...then those people would end up in hell...forever.

Here is a good quote from a man named George Smeaton who said it better than I can.

"To convert one sinner, is an event of greater importance, than to deliver a whole kingdom of temporal evil."
