When I (Adam) take care of John during schooldays, we usually go on a walk before his nap, and after, if he is still not sleepy, then sometimes we listen to music together. John tends to like clear instrumental melodies, so bluegrass is a favorite of his. Normally, we listen to mandolin music and I play 'air mandolin' on John. John enjoys it because he is being held, getting tickled, and listening to music, and I enjoy it because he is enjoying it.
